He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Stamper and Bertha Ferguson Stamper; and his siblings, Hirman, Earnest, Ralph, Tommy, James "Curt", Eugene "Gene" Stamper, Alta Lawson, Mildred Fields and Bernice Botts.
He is survived by: his sisters, Corinne Manning of Frenchburg, Bonnie Golden Simpson of Frenchburg, Debbie Spencer of Frenchburg, Christine Simpson of Wellington and Fern Sallie of Wellington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
Covid mandates set forth by Governor will be observed.
