He is survived by: his children, Marcie, Lesia, Tracy Mayabb of Wellington, KY. and Daniel Mayhorn of Wellington; and his siblings, Gary (Glenda Mayhorn), Timothy (Rochelle Mayhorn), Sharon (Bob Goins), Pamela (Robert Singleton) and Connie Chambers.
