She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenville "Doc" Maddox and Bertie Slone Maddox; and her son Brian David Ellis. She is survived by: her spouse Bucky D. Ellis; her son Lenville Martin (Beverly) of Martin, KY; and her grandsons, Tyler Martin (Emily), Andrew Martin and Jacob Martin.
