He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Vivian Adams and Burl E. Mullins; and his sister Chestina Nicole Mullins. He is survived by: his parents, Dorothy Adams Brown (Steve Hayes) of Dale and Chester Mullins (Tammy Houser) of Wellington; his daughter Kyla Tae Mullins of Mishawaka, Indiana; his siblings, Kristopher Mullins of Wellington, Brittany Summer Mullins of Bristow, Courtney Michelle Breen of Dale and Haylie Marie Mullins of Versailles; and his grandparents, Don Adams of Nicholasville and Linda Blankenship Mullins of Wellington. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
