He is survived by: his wife Rosalea Smith; his brothers, Brady Smith and Jimmy Smith; his granddaughter Christina Clay-Casey; his daughters, Tiffany Diehl (Shawn) of Wellington, KY, Lenora Clay (Scott) of Louisa, KY and Melissa Smith (Tony Eldridge) of Pike County, KY; his grandson Jeremy Clay of Winchester, KY; and his siblings, Irene Huddle of Bluefield, WV, Kenneth of Pike County, KY., Roy Lee of Pike County, KY. and Roger Smith of Pike County, KY.. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
