He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Salyer and Molly Wireman Salyer Tate; and his stepfather Kenneth Tate. He is survived by: his wife Jean Cline Salyer; his daughters, Sheila Pauley (Robert) of Atlanta, GA and Susan LeMaster (Brad) of White Oak, KY; his grandchildren, Abby LeMaster and Tyler LeMaster (Holly); his great grandchildren, Sadie and Reagan; his siblings, Rick Salyer (Donna) of Salyersville, KY, Jeff Salyer (Lori) of Salyersville, KY and Jenny Howard (Kelly) of Salyersville, KY; his stepmother Anna Jo Salyer of Salyersville, KY; and his pet Bub.
