He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Margaret Feltner Thurman; and his brothers, Donnie Thurman, Gary Thurman and Robert Lee Thurman, Jr. (Billy).
He is survived by: his wife Linda Peyton Thurman of Wellington; his daughter Kaitlyn Thurman of Lexington, Kentucky.; and his siblings, John Thurman (Bonita) of Leitchfield, Kentucky, Kathy Stamper of Winchester and Jean Parke of Ogden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
