He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Frasure and Ollie Mae Goble Frasure; his children, Thelma Leigh Guess and Michael Ross Frasure; his grandsons, David Lee, Jimmy and Billy Guess; his great grandchildren, Aleroy and Leroy Bellamy; and his siblings, Jimmy, Arnold Frasure, Patricia Miller, Northsell Shepherd and Beleta Isonagle.
He is survived by: his wife Twila Faye Cole Frasure of Wellington; his children, Lisa Mae Laney (Lynn) of Eufaula and James Frasure of Wellington; and his sister Lula Adkins of Sidney.
