She was predeceased by: her parents, Luna Pearl Drake Smallwood and Noah Lee Smallwood; and her husband William "Bill" Smallwood. She is survived by: her children, Peggy Smoot (Jessie) of Webster and Joey Smallwood (Olla) of Irvington, KY; her grandchildren, Julia, Tyler and Matthew; her siblings, Georgia Whitworth and Virgil Smallwood; and her close friend Harvey Horsley.
