He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Wayne Smith, Sr. and Reba Miller Smith; his wife Henrietta Smith; his brother Barry Miller Smith; and his sister-in-law Mary Ellen Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Stanley Smith (Sherry) and Cynthia Smith; his grandchildren, Zackery Smith, Taylor Smith and Samantha Fackler (Ethan); his siblings, Gail Smith (Bennie), Peggy Stull (Larry) and Fred Smith; and his sister-in-law Mary Alice Smith.
