She is survived by: her children, Robert Horsley (Gibbie) of Webster, Lois Pile (Jesse) of Harned, KY, Wayne Horsley (Nancy) of Webster, Elizabeth Ambrose of Alabama, Barbara Marksberry of Webster, Curtis Horsley (Stephanie) of Webster and Sheila Haley (Rick) of Indiana; her stepdaughter Betty Jean Metcalf (Jimmy) of Webster; her grandchildren, Kathy Dean (Sonny), Kim Swihart, Mike Horsley (Allison), William Mahuron (Tara), Jennifer Brewer (Jason), Dr. Carrie Ambrose (Andrew Smith), Lindsey Garverich (Andrew), Bryan Haley and Corey Haley; her great grandchildren, John Micheal Hill (Lisa), Cody Swihart (Allison), Madison Swihart (Tanner), Hayden Horsley, Lissie, Tristan Brewer, Hatti and Ezra Garverich; and her great great grandchildren, AJ Tibbs and Maggie Swihart.
Due to COVID, visitation has been cancelled and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
