He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Estill Fackler and Susie Nina Clark Fackler; his brothers, Thomas Aloysius Fackler, Kenneth Ralph Fackler and Marvin Eugene Fackler; and his brother-in-law Merlin Barr.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Fackler; his children, Rebecca Ann "Becky" Barr (Ronald) of Rhodelia, David Owen "Davy" Fackler (Dianna) of Webster and Robert Charles "Robby" Fackler of Webster; his siblings, Mary Madeleine Barr of Louisville and Robert Daniel Fackler, Sr. of Payneville, KY; his sister-in-law Dorothy Lois Fackler; his grandchildren, Timothy Padgett (Mindy), Ryan Barr, Matthew Fackler and Jenny Fackler; and his great grandchildren, Molly, Alex, Caraline and Hudson.
