She is survived by: her daughters, Madonna Durbin (Mo) of Louisville, KY and Talisa Dever of Webster, KY; her sister Eula Greenwell (Bernie); her grandchildren, Ashley Marrlett (John), Zac Durbin (Emma Sharps), Cody Durbin, Gabriel Dever, Destiny Lewis (Jimmy), Jeremy Dutschke (Cindy), James Dutschke (Jessi), Sara Kehl (Martin) and Liz Dutschke; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Eli, Charlotte, Makenzie, Triston, Paityn, Henry, Josie, Allen and Dustin; and her great great grandchildren, Tanner and Serenity.
She was awarded Care Giver of the Year by the National Alzheimer's Association.
