She was predeceased by: her father Henry Franklin Carman; her sister Connie Carman Wells; her father-in-law Delbert Lee Carter; and her brother-in-law Kevin Gwen Carter. She is survived by: her husband Freddy Carter; her sons, Keith Carter (Sarah) of Webster and Nicholas Carter (Robin) of Irvington, KY; her grandchildren, Regan, Kaylee, Hannah and Chesney Carter; her siblings, Vickie Bass (Robert), Tammie Rogers (Mark), Gary Carman (Bobbie) and Danny Carman (Cathy); and her mother-in-law Thelma Laverne Carter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and a host of friends.
