He was predeceased by: his sister Nora Wilburn. He is survived by: his parents, William Church and Judy Church; his daughters, Corry Dallaire (Robert) of Grayson, Zoie Church of Grayson and Kelsie Stevens (Daniel) of Elliott County, Kentucky.; his grandsons, Waylon Dallaire, Reed Dallaire and Hudson Littleton; and his sister Katherine Young of Louisa.
