She was predeceased by: her parents, Beecher Green and Stella Waggoner Green; her husband Ralph Smith; her son Ralph Smith Jr.; her great grandchild Josie Marcum; her son-in-law Jim Justice; and her sisters, Dorothy Green, Irene Nelson and Justine Green.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Smith (Bea) of Grayson, Kentucky, Diane Justice of Grayson, Connie Cumpston (Jimmy) of Ashland and Carolyn Coburn (Frank) of Webbville, Kentucky; and her daughter-in-law Stella Smith of Webbville, Kentucky.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.
