She was predeceased by: her parents, Watt Spillman and Edna Spillman (Jenkins); and her brothers, Charles Spillman and Roy Spillman. She is survived by: her husband Roger Mills; her daughters, Stephanie Freking (Jared), Jennifer Wellman and Marissa Mills; her stepchildren, Whitney Dunn (Steven) and Morgan Mills (Madison); her grandchildren, Cayden, Brody, Wyatt, Merrick, Maisie, Mikhail, Jayce, Emma and Jaxon; and her sisters, Carolyn Wilks (Steve), Linda Howard (Tommy) and Tammie Coffey (Paul).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses.
