She is survived by: her husband Roy T. Adams; her children, Tommy Adams of Lawrence County, Kentucky, April Rutherford of Grayson, Arlene Evans of Grayson and Lisa Webb of Lawrence County, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Steven, Jessica, Makenzie, Cade, Ronnie and Heather; her great grandchildren, Easton and Braxton; and her siblings, Ricky Lucas of Grayson, Kentucky, Tommy Lucas of Grayson, Kentucky and Bonnie Lucas of Grayson.
