He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Caldwell and Helen Gallion Caldwell; and his brothers, Larry Caldwell and Arthur Caldwell. He is survived by: his daughter Olivia Breann Caldwell of Lexington, KY; his sister Cecile Baker (Wayne) of California; and his nieces and nephews, Stacy Caldwell, Kayla Wages (Aaron), Lisa Baker and Amber Coon. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
