He is survived by: his wife Madge Lenora Herron Bailey; his sons, Brian Carl Bailey (Tonya) of Webbville, KY, Barry Scott Bailey (Katherine) of Elgin, SC and Bradley Shawn Bailey (Becky Payne) of Flatwoods, KY; his granddaughters, Jordan Faith Bailey and Hannah Lynd Bailey; and his sisters, Mary Frances Radford (Charles) of Beckley, WV and Anita Louise Bailey of Glen Fork, WV. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
