He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Fyffe and Dixie Williams Fyffe; his wife Phyllis Sue Thompson Fyffe; and his siblings, Darwin Fyffe and Shelby Jean Fyffe Butler.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Owen (Steve) of Webbville, KY, Kevin Fyffe (Rosie) of Grayson, KY and Becky Ferguson (Curt) of Hitchins, KY; his foster daughter Janet Sparks of Grayson, KY; his grandchildren, Jason Owen, Joshua Owen (Jenny), Jessica Napier (Clint), Matthew Fyffe (Ryann), Carlie Spriggs (David) and Shelby Maynard (Evan); and his great grandchildren, Caleb Owen, Seth Owen, Caroline Fyffe and Maynard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
