We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2025, at the age of 86, Dorothy Fair Kelley of Webbville, Kentucky, born in Louisa, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Ray Kelley; her parents, Lee Perkins and Allie Fair Perkins (Daniels); and her siblings, Sydney Perkins, Janette Young, Nellie Mae Limings, Lawrence Perkins and Bill Perkins.

She is survived by: her children, Ishmael Kelley (Brenda), Melvin Kelley (Susie), Sharon Ross (Eddie Ross) and Earlene Kelley (Rick Stevens); her grandchildren, Brandon Kelley (Tia Via), Amber Kelley (Randy Smith) and Andrea Kelley; her great grandchild Seth Boggs; and her sisters, Pearl Chaffins and Ines Faye Boggs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
