He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lee and Peggy Marlene Adington Haggard; his in-laws, Russell Harmon and Freeda Mae Padgett Dever; and his brother-in-law Sonny Spoonamore.
He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Haggard of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandsons, Jayden Isaiah Taylor and Brayden Elijah Taylor of Lexington; and his sisters, Pamela Jean Halcomb (Mike) of Brandenburg, Donna Lynn Spoonamore and Teresa June "Cricket" Carrier (Scott) of Stanford, Kentucky.
