He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Mullins and Inez Durham Mullins; and his siblings, Robert Mullins, Jerry Mullins, Kathleen Floyd (Lynn) and Faustine Wilson (Ray).
He is survived by: his children, Shirrell Dexter Mullins (Gina Gover) of Stanford, Kentucky, Carolyn Mullins Eckler (Ray) of Waynesburg and Evonna Mullins Marcum (Farris) of Stanford; his grandchildren, Matt Mullins (Tasha) of Elkhorn City, Luke Mullins (Rachel) of Hustonville, Dustyn Eckler Overstreet of Springfield, Tyler Chase Marcum of Kings Mountain, Julia Mullins (Blake Hobson) of Danville and Chelsea Marcum Nicely (Douglas) of Mount Vernon, Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Kingston Overstreet, Caroline Mullins, Benjamin Mullins, Jude Mullins and Laila Mullins; and his sisters, Janet Taylor of Lexington and Carol Dean Dick (Jiggs) of Science Hill, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
