She is survived by: her spouse June; her children, Neil Jenkins of Waynesburg and Stephanie Jenkins of Nicholasville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Amber Barden (Mark), Erin Smith, Lauren Smith and Brandon Jenkins; her great grandchildren, Lakeland Barden and Everett Barden; and her siblings, Roy Caudill (Phyllis), Phillip Caudill, Roger Caudill (Kimberly) of Hustonville, Kentucky, Barbara June Baker of Arkadelphia, Lynda Leach (Joe) of Waynesburg and Dana Padgett of Nicholasville. She is also survived by several extended family and friends.
