We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2023, at the age of 66, Sandra Jean Mullins of Waynesburg, Kentucky, born in Stanford, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Mullins and Ethel Schmitz Mullins; and her brothers, Steve Mullins, Ralph William Mullins and Phillip Dean Mullins.

She is survived by: her children, Tonya LeAnne Montgomery Wilcher of Waynesburg and Steven Travis Taylor of Highland, KY; her grandchildren, Sierra Boyd (John), Wyatt Wilcher, Trace Taylor, Aylvia Taylor and Kegan Taylor; her sister-in-law Berdina Mullins; and her nephews, Brian Mullins and Stevie Mullins.
