She is survived by: her children, Roger Mullins of Casey County, KY, Tom Mullins of Danville, KY, Ronny Mullins of Hustonville, KY and Rhonda Saylor (James) of Stanford, KY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
