It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Moore Todd Rigney (Waynesburg, Kentucky), who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allene Moore and Paul Moore. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jamie Todd, Jeremy Todd, Clint Bellinger, Leann Hines, Erica Miller, Caleb Todd, Nathan Todd and Shilah Mahon. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, 3 step-granddaughters, 5 step-great-grandchildren.
