He is survived by: his mother Lisa Phillips Begley of Eubank; his daughter Nora Kaye Moore; the parent of his child Shelby Williams of Eubank; his brothers, Jonathan Scott Moore of Danville and Austin Moore of Somerset; his grandparents, Robert Moore of Waynesburg and Pauline Phillips of Junction City, Kentucky; his stepfather Jack Begley of Eubank; his nephews, Jameson Moore and Mason Moore of Bardstown, Kentucky; his cousin Ashley Conder; and also, Michelle Barnett of Ferguson and Miranda Curry of Science Hill, Kentucky. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family members and friends.
