He is survived by: his daughters, Leanne Jacobs of Waynesburg, Julie and Becky; and his siblings, Jack Jacobs (Sara) of Waynesburg, Jesse Tucker Jacobs (Jacqueline) of Waynesburg, Barbara Jean Smiley (Kenneth) of Cerulean, Juanita Cornett (Carl) of Brooksville, Florida, Marlene Dijkstra (Hessel) of Maricopa, Wanda McGhee (David) of Cadiz and Martha Estes (Paul) of Kings Mountain, Kentucky. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
