He was predeceased by: his parent Denver Bell; and his brother Junior Ray Bell. He is survived by: his parent Goldie Bell; his children, Gwendolyn Watts, Marty Bell of Waynesburg, Kathy Hilborn (Tom) of Somerset, KY and Connie Ray (Jimmy) of Kings Mountain, KY; his grandchildren, Amanda Hilborn and William Kinley; and his sisters, Lois Grodi (Jim) of Somerset, KY, Mary Faye Elliott (Kenny Ray) of Kings Mountain and Katie Ray of Lancaster, KY.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
