He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Ireland and Alice Kate Baker Ireland; and his brother Johnny Ireland. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Raye Ireland; his sons, Gregory Ireland of Georgetown, Marc Ireland of Stanford and Kevin Ireland (Carla) of Stanford; and his sister Racheal Perkins. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
