She was predeceased by: her brother Jason Hembree; and her niece Andrea Blevins. She is survived by: her parents, James North (Marie) of Cumberland Gap, TN and Virginia Hembree Braden (Curtis) of Waynesburg; her sons, Houston Hembree (Hayley) of Waynesburg and Nicholas Cook of Somerset; her sisters, Angela White (Charlie) of Waynesburg and Misty Hembree of Daulton, GA; and her granddaughter Oaklyn Phillips. She is also survived by many other family members and special friends.
