He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Mae Caudill (Walls); his sons, Keith, Kevin Caudill and Kendall; and his grandchildren, Denton, Jeremy Caudill, William, Kendra Caudill, Jordan and Trevor Lewis of Science Hill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
