He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth V. Childers and Rose Mae Jones Childers; and his sister Jean Sims. He is survived by: his daughters, Jackie Cummins (Lewis) of Waynesburg, Tabitha Bullock (Terry) of Waynesburg, April Jasper (Jonathan) of Lancaster and Kelly Stickler (Sammy) of Somerset, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Danielle Padgett (Chase), Kimberly Jeffries (Brandon), Carl-Lewis Cummins (Shelby), Royce Cummins (Karlee Caswell), Sara-Mae Smith (Jonah), Trey Cummins, Bryce Baker, Laurel Jasper, Will Jasper, Zachary Baker, Nate Cummins, Abby Jasper, Aiden Stickler and Isaiah Stickler; his great grandchildren, Reagan Padgett, McKinley Padgett, Parker Jeffries and Caleb Jeffries; and his siblings, Kelly Paul Childers (Shirley) of Waynesburg, Jeanette Caudill (Dodd) of Radcliff and Helen Louise Childers of Waynesburg. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
