He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Perkins and Maxine Delk Perkins. He is survived by: his children, Jeremiah Perkins (Rozy) of Waynesburg and Melanie Hutti (Matt) of Stanford, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Alex Hutti, Conner Hutti and Jaxon Perkins; and his siblings, Larry Perkins (Sandy) of Hustonville, Kentucky, Dianne Roberts (Wayne) of Hustonville, Vicky Miracle of Stanford and Kim Caudill (Roger) of Hustonville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
