He is survived by: his daughters, Kayla Cook (Brandon) of Science Hill, Jennifer Denney (Sean) of Eubank, Lydianna Mink of Eubank and Allison Cooper of Monticello; his fiancée Tena Mitchell of Waynesburg; his siblings, Jerry Mink of Monticello, Lori Scruggs of Science Hill and Sherry Scruggs of Nancy; and his grandchildren, Larayna Cook, Waylen Cook and Freya Denney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews; and other family members.
