With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jerry Dale Middleton of Waynesburg, Kentucky, born in Stanford, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 31, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur "Jim" and Lucy May Brock Middleton; and his brother Joe Middleton. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Ann Middleton; his sisters, Lucille Thompson, Mae Johnson, Mary Jane WanickTwo GrandchildrenWilliam (Jackie) and Sallee; his grandchildren, Reyna Theresa Davis, Cameron Thomas, Aricka Garcia and Ricky Jaramillo; and also, Rose Thomas, Eric Jaramillo and Debra Salvador.
Pallbearers Include: Marvin Rayborn, Marshall Rayborn, Keith Middleton, Zach Middleton, Jimmy Middleton, Randell Thomas, & Eric Jaramillo, Memorial contributions suggested to be made to the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery Fund and can be mailed to 7125 KY Hwy. 1781, Crab Orchard, KY 40419.
