She was predeceased by: her parents, Sally Anderson (Evans) and Carnell McAninch; her sisters, Rita Slone and Judy Sims; and her parents-in-law, Orville and Ethel Padgett.

She is survived by: her children, Janica Carrier (Larry) of Waynesburg, KY, Justin Padgett (Kasey) of Waynesburg, KY, Mam Mam of Waynesburg, KY, Jentry Carrier of Waynesburg, KY, Dalton Carrier of Waynesburg, KY, Hailey Padgett of Waynesburg, KY, Jayden Padgett of Waynesburg, KY, Alexis Padgett of Waynesburg, KY and Jase Padgett of Waynesburg, KY; her sister Carnetta Collins of Waynesburg, KY; and her close friends, Debbie Cole, Sandy Clark and Michelle Cox. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
