James E. Taylor Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James E. Taylor of Waynesburg, Kentucky, who passed away on April 21, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William A. Taylor; his siblings, Lawrence, Kenneth, Dallas "Tubby" Taylor, Glenna Davis, Eva Alsip, Evelyn Wilson, Stella Rowland, Wilma Dobbs, Nina Kennedy, Lutie Tucker and Debbie Depew; and his daughter-in-law Connie Jean Taylor.
He is survived by: his mother Maedell Hawkins (Snow); his children, Renate Mason (Louis) of Waynesburg and Gary Taylor (Tanya) of South Fork; his grandchildren, Renate Michelle Padgett (Ben) of Waynesburg, Jerrett Mason (Megan) of McKinney, Kristen Stead (Lauren) of Boston and Kyle Taylor of Danville; his great grandchildren, Katie Phillips (Tyler) of Stanford, Gracie Lynn, Kasey Jo, William Henry Padgett, Wade Ross and Parker Scott Mason; and his siblings, Donald Taylor (Martha), Charles Taylor (Martha), Ronald Lee Taylor (Janice), Roscoe Taylor (Nita), Keith Taylor (Lisa), Billie Graham, Louda Leigh, Francis Snow, Ruby Diane Wilson, Teresa Cook (Clark) and Janice Tean (Don).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested expressions of sympathy be in the form of donations to the Linda E. White Hospice House at 611 Harriet St., Evansville, IN 47710.
