She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Smith and Helena Parker Smith; her former husband Bobby Hurston Adington; and her brother Walter "Buddy" Smith. She is survived by: her husband Beverly "Bev" Young; her children, Debra Petrey (Dale) of Richmond, Diane Jeffries (Harold) of Stanford and Glenn Adington (Jackie) of Waynesburg, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jessica Scenters of Richmond, Jason Petrey (Alyssa) of Richmond, Kayla McGinnis (Andrew) of Hustonville, Jacob Adington of Waynesburg, Brandon Jeffries (Kimberly) of Stanford and Rebecca Jeffries of Stanford; her great grandchildren, Kalissa Scenters, Parker Jeffries, Creston McGinnis and Kashton McGinnis; and her siblings, Ida Mae Adams (Roger) of Kings Mountain, Kentucky, Ina Glass (Dennis) of Kings Mountain, Kentucky and Marvin Smith (Willie) of Stanford. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
