He is survived by: his children, Richard "Ricky" Upton of Waynesburg, Harold B Upton Jr. of Waynesburg and Pamela Jo Smith (Keith) of Waynesburg; his grandchildren, R. J. Upton (Jill), Christopher Upton (Nikki), Elizabeth Smith, Catherine Smith Ortiz (Cruz), Cade Smith and Tristan Upton; and his great grandchildren, Blake, Laken Upton, Dyson Upton, Dallas and Drew Moore.
