He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gilbert and Mattie Jane Rowe (Renner); and his siblings, Walker Rowe, Henry Rowe, Hazel Lucas and Dessie Carrier.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Day Rowe; his sons, Mark (Rebekah Rowe) and Randy (Melissa RoweThree); his grandchildren, Sarah (Eric Sheldon), Katherine Rowe (Mitchell Hollan) and Tommy RoweTwo; his stepgrandchildren, Jared Godbey and Hayden Godbey (LaurenTwo); his great grandchildren, Gerald Sheldon and Andrea Sheldon; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Harlyn GodbeyTwo SistersElla Wilder (Lois PrestonIn).
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McKnight Funeral Home (147 Main St, Crab Orchard, KY 40419). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial can be made to Lincoln County High Schools FFA (Memorial of Floyd Rowe), and can be mailed to 60 Education Way, Stanford, KY 40484.
