It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest John Schnitzler (Waynesburg, Kentucky), who passed away on March 6, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Schnitzler (Troester) and Hugo Schnitzler; his wife Mary Fred Schnitzler (Leedy); and his siblings, Emma Chance and Charles Schnitzler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patsy Robertson (Jack) of Lexington and Janet (Ronnie Reynolds) of Ottenheim; and his granddaughters, Michelle (Michael Hightower), Morgan (Dillon Abney) and Lesley Reynolds.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Care of the Lincoln County Historical Society.
