He was predeceased by: his parents, Del Harrington Carr, Sr. and Yasuko Miyake Carr. He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Nelson of Cantonment, Judy Hansford of Clarksville, Jeanie Myers of Cantonment and Kimberly Konecny of Cantonment; his nephew Shawn Myers of Waynesburg; his niece Jaimie Hill of Clarksville; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kennon Bryan, Kaylie Barnes, Jessi-Lynn Barnes and Hayden Konecny.
