It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Dale Perkins of Waynesburg, Kentucky, who passed away on November 12, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, June B. Perkins and Jewel D. Broaddus Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Donna G. Fulton Perkins of Waynesburg; and his son Eric Perkins (Jessica) of Waynesburg. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
