He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Taylor and Etta Houck Taylor; and his siblings, Delbert Taylor, Deward Taylor, Dallas Taylor, Randall Taylor, Dolphus "Dock" Taylor, Deloris Waldkoetter, Doris Livengood, Georgia Lee Earnst, Daisy Brown and Eva Marie Taylor.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Smith (David) of Waynesburg, Lynn Taylor (Carl Horseman) of Lawrenceburg and Christina Isaac (William) of Berea, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jessica Fibbe (Quentin), Elizabeth Pendygraft, Celia Sanjuan, Abigail Isaac, McKenzie Fields (Korey), Jessica Burdine (Will) and Tracy Smith; and his sister Dixie Deines of Alexandria, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
