He is survived by: his wife Mae Johnson (Middleton) of Waynesburg; his children, Billy Joe Petrey of Ottenheim, Jennifer Thomas of Liberty and Randy Kidd of Waynesburg, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Charles Petrey of Ottenheim, Tamera Renie Thomas-Hamm of Richmond and Rance Kidd of Liberty Kentucky; his siblings, Oneida, Genevieve, Darlene, Ray, Lewis, Garry and Larry Johnson; and also, Eloise Gwyn Hamm and Brody Kidd.
