She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Slone and Norice Jacobs Slone; her sons, Billy Joe Jacobs and Adam Jerald Slone; and her sisters, Bobbie Sue Slone and Sherry Slone.
She is survived by: her children, Shane Scottie Jacobs (Susan Short) and Shelley Sonja Jacobs (Austin Slone); her boyfriend Terry Kevin Parker; her siblings, John F. Slone, Angel Slone (Poochie) and Bonnie Gatlin; and her grandchildren, Skyler, Bradley, Bryson, Katie, Mashalia, Mason and Gavin.
