He is survived by: his wife Kathy "Susie" Martin Mills; his daughters, Karyn Leigh Mills of Wayland, KY and Melanie Raelynn Mills (Justin Jackson) of Paintsville, KY; his brothers, Jerry Mills of Brimfield, IN and Harold Mills of Wayland, KY; his grandsons, Brantlee Nicholas and Dawson Cade Jackson; his nieces, Tiffany Mills Akers and Brooklyn Martin; and his nephew Trenton Boling.
